In the Sundays we have more time for ourselves and families. To avoid mistake we usually do and prepare a big rich breakfast, try with this one much more healthier.

Ingredients:

      • 3 eggs
      • 3 potatoes
      • 1 smoked sausage with prosciutto
      • 150 gr of mushrooms
      • 10 cherry tomatoes
      • 1 capsicum
      • spring onion and garlic
      • 2 tbsp olive oil
      • salt, pepper and rosemary
