This recipe is a way to eat cucumber expesially if you are on a diet (link). Eat this salad with the main meal or as meal itself.

Ingridients:

    • 1 cucumber
    • fresh mint
    • fresh parsley
    • 1 tbsp. balsamico
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • pinch of salt (try to avoid)
    • pinch sesame

Preparation:
Cut the cucumber longitudinal with the crust. Put it in a plate and spiced with pinch of salt, chopped mint and parsley, balsamico and olive oil. Mix the ingridients and serve cooled.
