If you have any doubt what you can eat for breakfast, don’t think any more. Here is a solution for you: great breakfast drink full of vitamins, antioxidants, calcium and in the same time it will give you enough energy for your daily activities until lunch time.
Ingredients (for two persons):
½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberry
1 ripe banana
½ cup of vanilla yogurt (low fat)
1 ½ cup of milk (low fat)
¼ cup of oats
1 tablespoon honey
All the ingredients blend together and serve in the glasses. You can decorate with the parts of banana or oats.
