Highly Effective 90 Days Diet !

Why 90 Days?

Experience shows that 90 days are enough to make your body to accept the new metabolism. If you practice the diet less than 90 days, there will be now change, no acceptance and the kilograms will came back. More than 90 days is not recommended, the body must rest from the stress although this diet is not so hard.  

How this diet work?

There are 4 different days with specific nutrients that you are allow to eat:

    1. Protein day – when you can eat meat, fish, cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs, tofu, which are all proteins, but you can combine them with fresh salad or cooked vegetables and only one slice of integral bread, not to each other . After the lunch you should wait 4 hours.
    2. Starch day – when you can eat cereals or legumes with cooked vegetables of salads with one slice of integral bread. After the lunch you should wait 3 hours.
    3. Carbohydrate day – when you can eat products from flours like pizza or bread and cereals. After the lunch you should wait 3 hours.
    4. Vitamin day – when you can eat fresh or baked fruits, fresh vegetables, smoothies or juices without sugar, dried fruits and nuts. After the lunch you should wait 2 hours.
