Ingridients:

      • 1 kg of fresh tomatos
      • few cloves of garlic
      • 1 onion
      • 2 celery
      • 1 pepper red or green
      • fresh basil or parsley
      • salt and green pepper
      • 2 tbsp. olive oil
      • 200ml hot water

Preparation:

In a pot put the olive oil and fry garlic, onion and chopped celeries. Then put the sliced pepper and fried all together a little more time. After a few minutes put the tomatos sliced in a small pieces without seeds and skin. Spiced it with fresh basil, salt and pepper and put 200ml warm water. Cooked on a low heat about 20 minutes. Mix all the ingridients with a eletric mixer.

You can put the soup in a plate and eat it hot or you can cool it down in a electric mixer
refrigerator and drink it as a juice.
