If you can’t resist eating club sandwiches, try healthier one. Put some healthy ingredients in it and make it excellent breakfast for occasional treat.


  • 6 slices of integral bread
  • 4 slices bacon or prosciutto
  • some sliced onion
  • some sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices fresh tomato
  • some green salad
  • 1 tbsp. Light sauce

On non-stick ceramic pot put a little of olive oil and cook slices of bacon or prosciutto and put it away on a paper towel.

On the same pot cook sliced onion and mushrooms and spice them with salt and pepper.

 Now complete the sandwiches like this:
-on the bottom put 2 slices of toast bread
-1 slice of bacon or prosciutto on each bread
-¼ of cooked onion and mushrooms on each bread
-1 slice of fresh tomato of each bread
-some green salad
-some sauce
-put on the same ingredients starting with bread and finish with bread.

Cut them diagonal and put them in a plate. If you need a little bit more energy put cooked eggs in them.
