Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 piece of pineapple
  • 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger
  • Juice from ½ of lemon or lime
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon

Preparation:

All ingredients cut in pieces and mix with the blender. For bigger freshness add 2-3 ice-cubes. Serve it in glasses.
